Tom Curran Wiki Biography: Thomas Kevin Curran commonly known as Tom Curran is a British Cricketer. He was born in Cape Town, South Africa.
Tom Curran started playing cricket in his college days and his excellency in Cricket helped him to get a call from Wellington College in England. He used to play for Kwazulu Natal Inland and represented the team at Under-15, Under-17, and Under-19 level.
Tom Curran was selected for the replacement of Mitchell Starc in 2018 IPL by Kolkata Knight Riders. He has only played 5 matches in IPL till now. In 2020 IPL season Tom Curran is bought by Rajasthan Royals for 1 Crores Rupees and will be seen playing this year.
Tom Curran used to play cricket for the Kwazulu Natal Inland team. He played Under-15, Under-17, Under-19 for his team. Seeing the performance of Tom Curran, An England’s cricketer and Surrey’s Captain Ian Greig called him to England to play for the Surrey team in 2012. There Tom Curran was transferred to Wellington College. In 2013 he made his debut for Surrey in a List A match against Essex. His first-class debut came in April 2014 against Cambridge University.
