Rachel Moranis Biography: Rachel Moranis is an American businesswoman and entrepreneur who was born on 7 February 1988 in Toronto, Canada. Rachel is the daughter of Canadian Actor “RICK  MORANIS”  The Name Rachel is derived from a Hebrew word meaning “ewe”.

She did her graduation from one of the top universities in Canada which is the “Brown University” in the years from 2005 to 2009 and got a degree in Architecture History. And Criticism along with a bachelor’s in visual arts in History of Art and Architecture. She also attended Harvard University graduate school of design in the years between 2011-2014. Rachel began her career as an intern in the MASS Design Group. She was given the opportunity to become design director for gateway house in November.

Moranis has been interested in Designing since her childhood. In 2005 she went to “BROWN UNIVERSITY” and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, History and Criticism, along with a bachelor’s of Visual Arts in History of Art and Architecture. She initially began her career as an intern at MASS Design Group in 2012 and then, she served as design director for Gateway House from November 2014 to September 2017. She also attended the “Harvard University Graduate School of Design” from 2011 to 2014.

In November 2014, Moranis became the co-founder of the news company “BRIEF ME” and served as the company’s Chief Creative Officer.  

Likewise, in june 2018, she co-founded “THE MATRIARCHY” and till November 2018, she was the Chief Creative Officer of the company.

Rachel is the daughter of Canadian Actor ‘RICK MORANIS’ who is a well-known  Actor and Comedian. She is the sister of Mitchell Moranis, who is also a well-known Canadian Actor just like his father. Her mother Ann  Belsky is a costume designer. Her parents got married in 1978.‘MORANIS FAMILY’ faced a tragedy in 1990 when Rachel’s Mother “ANN BELSKY” got sick and then in 1991, she died because of CANCER. From then Rick takes care of the whole family as a hero and doesn’t even get married again considering the well-being of his children. Thus, he tried to keep his family life private.
