Mayank Agarwal Biography: Mayank Agarwal is an Indian cricketer, who was born on 16 February 1991 in Bengaluru, India. He has practised cricket since a very tender age, being inspired by Joseph Murphy’s book that was ‘The Power of the Subconscious Mind’. His father Anurag Agarwal motivated him so well that he could achieve what he has dreamed of.

His full name is Mayank Anurag Agarwal, his role in cricket is that he is a right-handed opening batsman. Mayank has started his career in cricket playing in the Under-19 team and during the session of 2008-09 he performed in Cooch Behar Trophy and after a year passing, he also played in ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. In the Under-19 World Cup held in 2010, he was one of the most leading run-scorer for India.

Personal life 

Mayank Agarwal was born on 16 February 1991 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. His father Anurag Agarwal was a builder and mother Sachitra Singh was a homemaker, he also has an elder brother Raj Kishan Agarwal who was a former state-level cricketer. Seeing his brother playing cricket, he also started playing cricket since a very tender age.

He has completed his high school studies from Bishop Cotton Boy’s School and completed his higher education from the Jain University of Bengaluru. Mayank has started his career in cricket by playing in the Under-19 team of India, in the year 2010 he was one of the most leading run-scorer in ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup through which he came in a noticed to his selectors.

Mayank  Agarwal is an Indian cricketer, who started his career playing for Karnataka in several domestic matches. In 2010 he played in ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup and was one of the most leading players. In the same year, he made his first-class debut for IPL and received ‘Man of the Series’ title, seeing his best efforts in such matches he was being named for other matches.

He was bought by the Kings XI Punjab in January 2018 for IPL auction, he received the award for being ‘The Highest Run-Scorer in Ranji Trophy in 2018 by the (BCCI). Mayank’s role in the Indian cricket team is that he is the fast-opener batsman, by this, he receives many offers and made his first-class debut in IPL.In 2020, he made his debut in ODI against New Zealand.
