His father Anurag Agarwal motivated him so well that he could achieve what he has dreamed of.
His full name is Mayank Anurag Agarwal, his role in cricket is that he is a right-handed opening batsman. Mayank Agarwal was born on 16 February 1991 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. His father Anurag Agarwal was a builder and mother Sachitra Singh was a homemaker, he also has an elder brother Raj Kishan Agarwal who was a former state-level cricketer. Seeing his brother playing cricket, he also started playing cricket since a very tender age.
He has completed his high school studies from Bishop Cotton Boy’s School and completed his higher education from the Jain University of Bengaluru. Mayank has started his career in cricket by playing in the Under-19 team of India, in the year 2010 he was one of the most leading run-scorer in ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup through which he came in a noticed to his selectors.
