Netflix is here with the third installment of its critically acclaimed French crime-drama show “Lupin.” Yes, Lupin fans, you read it right: Lupin Season 3 (Part 3) is all set to make its worldwide debut on October 5, exclusively on Netflix.
The series was created by George Kay and François Uzan, and it draws inspiration from Maurice Leblanc’s fictional character Arsene Lupin. The basic plot of the show revolves around a professional thief named Assane Diop, who wants revenge on a wealthy family that framed his father in the robbery.
If reports and rumors are to be believed, Lupin Season 3 will continue from the ending of Season 2, where we last saw Assane successfully clearing his father’s name from the robbery that he was charged with and publicly unraveling Hubert Pelligrini’s real face and all his crimes.
This season will explore the different dimensions of Assane’s journey. While speaking about Lupin Season 3 in an interview, Omar said, “It depends on what’s going to happen next for Pellegrini and everybody else, and even for him. Because it’s not completely finished. He’s done most of the work, but it’s not completely finished. When Episode 10 finished, there were still some questions that we hadn’t answered.”
