Joseph Woll is an American professional Ice Hockey Player who plays as a Goaltender for the team “Toronto Marlies” of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a likelihood to the “Toronto Maple Leafs” a professional hockey team of Toronto of the National Hockey League (NHL). Joseph was also selected by the team Maple Leafs in the 3rd round (62nd overall) of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.

Joseph Woll played for three years of College Ice Hockey at Boston College (BC). Joseph Sported his style of playing on Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender Carey Price. He took the team’s starting role in the net after Thatcher Douglas Demko graduated from college.

Joseph also played in the 2017 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship from the United States men’s national junior ice hockey team. He played in two games, posting 1.50 Goals against average (GAA) and a .932 save percentage, and a secure gold medal with the team. 

He played in the 2018 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship from the United States men’s national junior ice hockey team. He began five games on the way to winning the bronze medal that year.

Joseph was selected for the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 3rd round 62nd overall of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. On March 24, 2019, Joseph signed an entry-level contract for three years with Maple Leafs. He also signed a contract of one-year extension with the Maple Leafs.

He was called back by the Maple Leafs on November 6, 2021, after Petr Mrazek had an injury. On November 13, 2021, Joseph made his NHL debut, against the Buffalo Sabres and made 23 saves in a 5-4 win. He played only in four games total with the Maple Leafs and went 3-1-0 with a 2.76 GAA and a .911 save percentage. On February 11, 2022, he signed a contract of three-year extension with the Maple Leafs.
