The Story and Plot of Dear Child
“Dear Child” is an upcoming German psychological thriller television series based on Romy Hausmann’s best-selling book of the same title.
The main plot of the show revolved around Lena, a young woman who has been held captive for more than thirteen years in a completely isolated place, and also shares two children, Hannah and Jonathan, with her captivator.
The mother and kids carry out their daily activities according to a strict schedule, and whenever their captivator arrives, they line up and present their hands. While trying to escape from the captivator, Lena and her kids end up in a hospital because of their horrifying accident.
