Clark Duke was born on 5 May 185 in Glenwood, Arkansas, the U.S in a Baptist family. His father’s name is Ronnie Duke and his mother’s name Angela Duke. After completing his high school studies, he went to the Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, to study filmmaking. Clark started his career from a very tender age, at the age of seven he has appeared in several shows and also appearing in many commercials for different brands.
Clark produced a web series along with his best friend Michael Cera, which he named as Clark and Michael. He has also appeared in the film Superbad, in which he had a small role. From the movie Sex Drive in 2008, he came in lime light and received many projects after that. He has appeared in movies like- Superbad (2007), Sex Drive (2008), Hot Tub Time Machine (2010), A Thousand Words (2012), Kick- Ass 2 (2013), Arkansas (2020) and many more.
