The famous Indian actress Ananya Panday is all set to make her OTT debut with Prime Video’s upcoming drama show “Call Me Bae.”
The show is directed by Collin D’Cunha, whereas Rohit Nair, Samina Motlekar, and Ishita Moitra serve as its story writers. Dharmatic Entertainment, along with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra, is producing the series.
The main plot of the show revolves around Bae, a billionaire fashionista who was disowned by her ultra-rich family due to her salacious scandal, which brought severe disgrace to Bae’s family.
For the first time in her life, Bae now has to face the world without the support of her influential family and manage her bread and butter as well. It will be interesting to see how Bae, a privileged kid, is going to survive the hardships and difficulties of life while discovering her real self.

As of now, the studio has not announced Call Me Bae’s release date. If rumors and media reports are to be believed, the show will be released in mid-2024.
Prime Video has not yet released any official trailers. However, they did release an announcement video in March 2023 that introduced Varun Dhawan and Ananya Panday, who are reported to be playing the lead roles. Call Me Bae features several celebrated actors, including Varun Dhawan and Ananya Panday in the lead roles alongside Vir Das, Neelam Kothari, Gurfateh Pirzada, Vihaan Samat, Varun Sood, Juhi Babbar, Yash Raaj Singh, Tara Sharma, Diksha Juneja, Mini Mathur, and Shivin Narang, among others.
