The highly anticipated spinoff from the Money Heist universe, “Berlin,” is finally around the corner. The show is directed by Albert Pintó, Geoffrey Cowper, and David Barrocal.
On the other hand, Esther Martnez Lobato and Lex Pina, along with David Barrocalare, are the talented writers who are writing its story. It is all set to premiere worldwide exclusively on Netflix in December 2023.
Berlin is an upcoming official spinoff of Netflix’s biggest hit Spanish show, Money Hesist. The main plot of the show will revolve mainly around Pedro Alonso, aka Berlin, and explore his past life and heist before he became a member of the professor’s heist plan in Money Heist.
According to media reports and the official teaser, Berlin, along with his team, is planning a high-level heist in the heart of Europe, in Paris. In an interview, Álex Pina, the writer of Money Heist, talking about Berlin, said, “This is going to be a trip throughout the golden years of the character. When he was stealing all over Europe, madly in love,”
Berlin is scheduled to be released in December 2023. Netflix has not announced the exact date yet.

Netflix has not yet released the official trailer for Berlin.” However, it released an official teaser on June 18, which went viral in no time and has amassed millions of views.
The teaser starts with Berlin’s voice, where he says, “A good plan should always include a dash of fun, guy.” In the subsequent scene, we saw him teaming up with the group to successfully execute a heist in Paris.
The teaser looks surely exciting and has already created excitement among the Money Heist fans, who are eagerly awaiting seeing Berlin pull off the heist successfully one more time.
Pedro Alonso will be leading the show as Berlin alongside several renowned Spanish actors, including Michelle Jenner as Keila, Julio Peña
The upcoming Netflix show Berlin has eight episodes, each with a length of 50–60 minutes.

The makers have not yet officially announced, besides Pedro Alonso, who else will be seen in Berlin from Money Heist. However, according to the IMDB series cast list, Itziar Ituo and Najwa Nimri are reprising their respective roles as Raquel Murillo and Alicia Sierra in the show.
