Renowned Indian rapper Raftaar is all set to make his acting debut with JioCinema’s comedy-drama show “Bajao,” which is premiering worldwide on August 25, 2023.
The show is directed by Shiva Varma and Saptaraj Chakraborty, while its fascinating story is written by Nikhil Sachan. Jyoti Deshpande, Pragya Singh, and Vijendra Sahaani have produced the show in collaboration with Jio Studios Presents and A Solflicks Filmworks Production.Â
Bajao is an upcoming comedy-drama show that is set in the Punjabi pop music industry and follows the story of three young filmmakers, Ved, Dhaari, and Cookie, who have aspirations to become the biggest creators of music videos.
The show will also explore the personal struggles of three filmmakers as they navigate through the quirky world of entertainment, testing their friendship.

The upcoming show “Bajao” stars Raftaar as Babbar, Tanuj Virwani as Ved, Sahil Khattar as Dhaari, Sahil Vaid as Cookie in the lead roles alongside Adinath Kothare as OG, Mahira Sharma as Sonal, Rajesh Sharma as Dharam Singh, Monalisa as Tanvi, Indresh Malik as Gurdaas, and Nitish Pandey as Karam Singh.
