Ambati is one of the popular professional cricketers who have gained his popularity from IPL. He is right-handed Middle-order batsman. Besides this, he plays domestic cricket for Hyderabad and Chennai super kings in the Indian premier league IPL.

Career

Rayadu began his career when he was just 16 years old. During that time he used to play domestic cricket from Hyderabad and later on he got a chance to lead the under-19 team which made a breakthrough in his career. He was also expected to break into the senior team as well.

IPL Career

Rayadu began his IPL career from 2012 for the first time from Mumbai Indians. Before playing in the IPL Rayadu was a captain of the under-19 team of India in 2004 ICC. Later on, he signed with state association on the Rebel Indian Cricket league.

In 2009 he returned to domestic cricket accepting BCCI offer. There he made a good performance for Baroda in domestic cricket and Mumbai Indians on Indian premier league and made his name in the Indian squad in 2012.
