The former solicitor general of the United States died at the age of 76.

He takes his last breath at the Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Centre in Houston, Texas.

Starr died on the 13th of September 2022 on Tuesday due to difficulty that occurred in the Surgery.

Kenneth Winston Starr commenly known as Kenn Starr was born on July 21, 1946 in Vernon, Texas, U.S.

Starr formerly served as the federal appellate judge on the US Court of Appeals from the district of Columbia circuit from 1983 to 1989.

He is famously known for his exceptional work in investigating Bill Clinton's administration popularlty known as Whitewater controversy held in 1994 to 1998.

Recently in 2020 he defended the former President Donald Trump from the impeachment.

He later functioned as the chancellor of Baylor University in Waco, Texas from 2010 unitl May and June 2016.

Kenneth even served as the dean of the Pepperdine University school of Law.
