Chinsea Linda Lee, aka Shenseea, is a Jamaican singer, songwriter, and social media personality who is worldwide recognized for her chart-topping album “Alpha” and singles such as “My Bad,” “Lick,” “Rude Gyal,” and “Solo.” She is also recognized for winning the MOBO Award for Best Reggae Act and the NAACP Image Awards.
On October 1, 1996, Shenseea was born and grew up in Mandeville, Jamaica, alongside her siblings. As a kid, she graduated from Mona High School and enrolled at Excelsior Community College to study entertainment management, but dropped out in the middle due to financial issues. Growing up, Shenseea developed a passion for singing and later decided to pursue a professional career in it.
