Career

Shardul Thakur was so much passionate about cricket since his younger age. In his high school cricket competition, he used to beat six sixes from six balls. Besides this, he completed his school level education from swami Vivekananda International School, Borivali. He made his first-class debut in Rajasthan Cricket Team at Jaipur in November 2012. This was the beginning of his cricket career.

IPL Career

He made his first appearances on IPL in 2014. Shardul was signed up by Kings Xi Punjab for INR 20 Lakhs in player auction for the 2015 season Indian Premier League. During that he made his debut against Delhi Daredevils There he took one for 38 in his 4 Overs. Later in 2017 IPL, he made his appearances in Rising Pune Supergiant for the tenth season of IPL.
