Lee made her NXT debut in September 2015, teaming up with fellow “Tough Enough” winner Josh Bredl in a mixed tag team match against Baron Corbin and Dana Brooke. The autopsy report reveals that Sara Lee had bruises and abrasions on her body and head when she passed away, which led the medical examiners to initially speculate that the injuries might have been caused by a fall. The post-mortem report has since ruled out injuries and established that the victim committed suicide.
