Sai started her acting career at a very young age and made her debut with a bollywood romance drama film Tum Kaho Kuch Hum Kahein in 2002. She has also worked in a few notable films like PPlatform (2011), Aamhich Tumche Bajirao (2012), No Entry Pudhe Dhoka Aahey (2012), and Mee Ani You (2013).
She rose to prominence with her acclaimed acting in the 2015 Indian Hindi-language comedy film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. Apart from mainstream acting, Sai Lokur has also appeared as a contestant in Bigg Boss Marathi 1, and finished as the 3rd runner up. Similarly she also appeared as a Guest in the Bigg Boss Marathi 2 which was streamed in 2019.
