Sahara Rose Ketabi was born to an Iranian family on 14 January 1991 in California, United States. She is a famous Non-Fiction Author, wellness personality, and celebrity, she got famous after publishing the book, Idiot’s Guide to Ayurveda. She was praised by Deepak Chopra who called her “a leading voice for the millennial generation”.
She has completed her graduation from Boston University, she is also a graduate from Sri Kaya Kalp Ayurvedic Institute, the American Institute of Vedic Studies, and the Institue of Integrative Nutrition. Before she started publishing books she used to teach health and sanitation in the slums of India where she discovered Ayurveda.
