He is the founder and CEO of the famous Filli Cafe chain which is a multinational cafe company serving the World’s first and most unique Zafran Chai and other Indian street food options. The headquarters of Filli cafe is located in Dubai in a posh area of central Dubai in Burjuman Tower.

Mr Abdul Rafiyah Filli or Rafih filli was born in 1981 in Kerala, India. He was a very enthusiastic personality since the beginning of his life. During his school days, his friends gave him the nickname “Filli”. Firstly Mr. Filli started his business in his hometown of Kerala by involving in his father’s small cafeteria.
