Pragnya even won the Femina Miss India Telangana 2022 crown and also represented her state in the Femina Miss India 2022 pageant.
On July 14, 2023, Pragnya proudly represented India in the Miss Supranational competition held in Poland. Her outstanding performance landed her a spot in the Top 12 finalists.
During the competition, Pragnya’s exceptional modeling abilities shined brightly, and managed to secure victory in the Supra-Chat sub-contest within her group. This achievement pushed her not only into the Top 10 but also into the esteemed Top 5 finalists of the competition.
