Prabhsimran Singh began his career as a domestic cricketer from a small village in Punjab during that he used to play with his friends. As he discovers his talent in cricket he joined in coaching center where he began learning cricket from coaches.

In the 2018 Twenty20 cup he got a chance to make his appearances from Punjab in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Besides this, again in the same year, he got chance to make Appearances in ACC Emerging Team Asia Cup.

He is also a young player to make his debut in the IPL. Besides this in 2018 he appeared in the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy during that time he took around 12 wickets from 7 matches and also took 23 runs against Rajasthan. In the 2018 IPL, he was named in Kings XI Punjab team and he was released ahead of the 2020 IPL and later on, he was again bought by Kings XI Punjab in the IPL.
