 Pia Tillmann came in exposure to acting at a very young age and attended a theater company during her childhood days. In 2006 she accomplished her school education with a degree in the general higher education entrance qualification. After completing her education, she did a job as a waitress in the Emsdetten discotheque Plattendeck. From 2007 to 2011 she learned social service, qualified in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree. From 2011 to 2012 she personified the role of Meike Weber in the reality soap opera Berlin- Tag & Nacht and changed to the Cologne offshoot 50667 in 2013, which she left again after almost a year. In March 2020 it was reported that Tillmann would return to Cologne 50667 after six long years. On September 14, 2014, she presented herself as a regular presenter in the RTL lifestyle and knowledge magazine Columbus – to see the adventure magazine. 

She is also enthusiastic as a model, for example, the Titus brand.
