Story and Plot of One Piece

Netflix’s upcoming action-adventure series “One Piece is based on the Japanese manga of the same title created by Eiichiro Oda.

The first season is reportedly going to follow the story of the first saga (the East Blue Saga), where a young kid named Monkey D. Luffy (our protagonist) eats a devil fruit (called Gum-Gum), which gives him a rubber-like body that inflates, bends, and stretches.

Following that, Monkey starts on a journey to become the “King of the Pirates” by possessing One Piece, the legendary ocean treasure. On the journey, he befriends some of his fellow sailors and forms a group called “the Straw Hat Pirates,” which is going to help Monkey find the treasure.

Soon, they learn that they are not alone behind the hidden treasure, which brings adventure to the show. It will be amazing to watch how the Straw Hat Pirates are going to find the treasure while navigating through the dangerous challenges of the ocean.
