Early life
Ravikant was born in New Delhi, India in 1974, he has completed his graduation from Stuyvesant High School. He never dreamt of becoming an investor but always being motivated with his brother Kamal Ravikant, who was the author of the bestselling books. Ravikant’s father was an Indian pharmacist, whereas his mother was a housewife. In 1999, Ravikant co-founded consumer product review site Epinions and in 2003 the Epinions merged. He also founded Ask me Anything (AMA) on Twitter.
Career
Ravikant started his career with small startup, and with believing in himself moved forward in his career. Unlike others he to have alots of up and down in life, but he never give up and previously he co-founded Epinions which become successful as a part of shopping.com, and vast.com. Naval also motivated upcoming youth and inspired them to, he is an active angel investor and also has invested in many companies including more than a few “unicorn” mega-successes.

Ravikant started with small co-writing blog called Venture Hacks, which discussed about social negotiation, explain section matterd and later the blog was re-named as “AngelList”. AngelList has the main role in providing jobs with well to do salary near you and supported new startup jobs. It was created in 2010 by Naval Ravikant, the platform has a mission to democratize the investment process and accepting upcoming talents. Its headquarters is in San Francisco, CA and was owned by Venture Hacks.
Epinions
It was established in 1999 by Naval Ravikant , Dion Lim, Ramanathan Guha, Nirav Tolia and Mike Speiser. Epinions helps visitors to read new and old reviews about variety of items including service, books, electronics and many more. The owner of Epinions was eBay in 2005, its URL code is www.epinions.com. The site was fully closed down in May 2018, and the URLs remains only to re-direct Shopping.com.
