Mohammed Siraj is an Indian Cricketer who plays for Hyderabad Team in Indian Domestic Cricket. He was born in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Siraj started playing domestic cricket for Hyderabad in 2015. After playing Domestic cricket for 2 years, he got his first break in the Indian cricket team and played his first international T20 match against New Zealand in 2017.
Siraj joined the Hyderabad IPL team in 2017 and made his IPL debut. After a year he was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore team in 2018 and playing with them since then.

Career

Mohammed Siraj marked his first-class debut in 2015 for the Hyderabad team. He played his first domestic match on 15th November 2015 in the 2015-16 Ranji Trophy Tournament. Siraj made his Domestic T20 debut in the 2015-16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy Tournament.

He played his first T20 match on 2nd January 2016. In the 2016-17 Ranji Trophy Tournament, he took the highest wickets for Hyderabad. He took 41 wickets in that tournament. In 2017-18 Vijay Hazare Trophy, he was a leading wicket-taker. He took 23 wickets in 7 matches. He was named in India A’s squad for 2018-19 Deodhar Trophy. He was named in India B’s squad for 2019-20 Deodhar Trophy.

In 2017 he was selected in Indian Team for a T20 series against New Zealand. He made his international debut in that series. He played his first international T20 match on 4th November 2017. In 2019 he made his ODI debut against Australia. He played his first ODI match on 15th January 2019. He was also selected in the Test squad for West Indies in 2018 but didn’t got a chance to play.

IPL Career

Mohammed Siraj made his IPL debut for Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2017. He was selected in the team for his performance in 2016-17 Ranji Trophy. He played for SRH for one IPL season. In 2018, Siraj was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore team. Siraj is currently the part of RCB’s Squad.
