Lathan Moses Stanley Echols, better known as Lil Mosey, is an American rapper, songwriter, and composer who is worldwide recognized for releasing chart-topping albums, EPs, mixtapes, and singles such as Northsbest, Certified Hitmaker, Lil Mosey, UNI, Noticed, Stuck in a Dream, and others. He is also known for sharing music videos on an eponymous YouTube channel and lifestyle photos on Instagram.
Lil was born on January 25, 2002, and grew up in Seattle, Washington, USA, alongside his siblings. At a young age, he discovered his passion for music and started raping while studying at Shorecrest High School. He dropped out of school and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music.

In 2017, Lil commenced his singing career by releasing his debut single, “Pull Up,” which was a commercial hit and also received a gold certificate from the RIAA. Subsequently, he released his second single, “Boof Pack,” which was also a massive hit. A year later, Lil released his first-ever studio album, “Northsbest.”
The album was both commercially and critically successful, ranking 29th on the US Billboard 200 and at the top of other music rating charts. Following that, his second album, “Certified Hitmaker,” also received positive reviews from both the audience and critics.
