Leslie began her singing career in 2008 after joining a local singing group of Peru called Glow and released its first-ever song titled “Singos” in 2008. The song was commercially successful and it gave popularity to each member of the group. In 2010, she left the group and decided to perform solo. In the same year, Leslie released her debut album “Destrozado y sin control” under the FMO Music Studio label. The album was commercially successful and recorded high ranks in various Latin American rating charts.

In 2011, Leslie represented her country in the Viña del Mar International Song Festival and received second place for her song “Destrozado y sin control”. In the same year, she participated in a dancing show called “El Gran Show” and finished as the runner-up. She also appeared in popular shows like El Gran Show (2011): Reyes del Show, Tu Cara me Suena, and more.

Leslie acted in a famous play called “Carmin” as Fiorella Menchelli in 2011. Two years later, she made her movie debut as Victoria with a movie titled “Cementerio General”. Her work in the movie was fabulous which caught the audience and critics’ attention. She has also acted in a few movies such as Rocanrol 68, Cementerio General 2, Death Race 2050, and more.

Recently, in 2020 Leslie released her debut Ep titled “Yo Soy Leslie Shaw” along with the Sony Music Latin label, which recorded high ranks in rating charts around the globe. Besides this, she has been a popular model of the Tempo Imagen modeling agency.

As a singer and model, Leslie has garnered millions of followers on different social media platforms including Instagram and Youtube. Subsequently, she has posed and been the face of various fashion, makeup, apparel, and lingerie brands including Adidas Peru, Lamoda, Burberry, Gene Co Joyas, and many others.

In addition to this, Leslie has a self-titled Youtube channel with more than 626k subscribers, where she uploads music videos and vlogs.
