Laddi was born and grew up in Dadhera, Patiala, Punjab, India, in a farmer’s family alongside his siblings. He completed his basic education at a local high school and earned a bachelor’s degree at a recognized university. During his time at college, Chahal found his passion for music and later chose to pursue a career in it.
