Katie Telford is a 45-year-old Canadian chief of staff who was born in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1978. Knowing about her educational qualifications, she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Ottawa, later joined the debate club, and eventually became the club’s president. After becoming president, she guided her team in both the national and international debate competitions.Â
