Jutta Leerdam is a Dutch speed skater and social media personality who has gained worldwide recognition for winning the 2017 World Junior Championships, the 2017-2018 ISU Junior World Cup, and the gold medal at the World Sprint Championships in 2022. Born on December 30, 1998, Jutta grew up in ‘s-Gravenzande, Netherlands, alongside her siblings. She has had a passion for skating from a young age, and throughout her childhood, she went on to participate in numerous school as well as national skating tournaments.
Upon graduating from high school, Jutta obtained her bachelor’s degree in commercial economics from the Johan Cruyff Academy of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences.

Jutta hits the gym 4 to 5 times a week and does a variety of exercises, including cardio, squats, crunches, HIIT, pushups, v-ups, Russian twists, running, jumping cycling, and other strength training exercises.

Jutta commenced her professional speed skating career in 2017 at the World Junior Championships. She performed incredibly well and won the championship. Later that year, she participated in the ISU Junior World Cup competition in the 1000m and 1500m, respectively, which she won comfortably.
In 2018, Jutta finished second behind Joy Beune at the World Junior Championships. Following her early success, she became a member of Team IKO. Jutta continued to showcase her excellent skills and won the 1000-meter World Championships in 2020 and 2023.
At the 2022 Winter Olympics, her remarkable performance won a silver medal. Subsequently, Jutta gained worldwide recognition for winning the gold medal at the World Sprint Championships.
