Joan Smalls was born on July 11, 1988, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Her birth full name is Joan Smalls Rodriguez. She did schooling from her hometown and later completed graduation from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Her education is a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
