Jeremy Roger Hansen is a Canadian Astronaut. He was appointed to join the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) in the year 2009 by a CSA selection’. Earlier to his selection as one of Canada’s astronauts, Jeremy had also served in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a captain and was in charge of a CF-18 fighter jet at Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake, Alberta.
After that, he was also promoted to the rank of colonel. Jeremy was also chosen as a mission expert on the Artemis 2 flight, which plans to orbit the Moon in 2024. He was the first non-American astronaut to fly to the Moon.
