Due to her exceptional work and talent, she was promoted to assistant professor at ULCA. While working as an assistant professor, she co-founded Female Sexual Medicine Center at UCLA and served as a director.

With growing popularity as a doctor and women’s health expert, Jennifer debuted on Tv as a host of a popular show titled “The Doctors”, which was commercially successful and provided her worldwide popularity. She along with her sister Laura hosted a Tv show titled “Berman and Berman” on Discovery Health between 2002-03.
