Jaani Johan commonly known as Jaani is an Indian songwriter and music composer associated with Punjabi and Hindi language songs. He was born in Gidderbaha, Punjab.

Jaani started his career in 2012 with a religious song, “Sant Sipahi”. Since his debut he has written over hundreds of songs. he gained fame after song “Soch”, sung by Harrdy Sandhu and composed by B Praak. Jaani has collaborated with singers like Gippy Grewal, Sukh e, Jassie Gill, Ammy Virk, Diljit Dosanjh, Harrdy Sandhu, Prabh Gill, Amrinder Gill, Kamal Khan, Sunanda Sharma, Guri, Avvy Sra, Arshhh and many more.

Jaani made his lyricist debut in 2012 with a religious song, “Sant Sipahi”.
Next year he released song “Soch” sung by Harrdy Sandhu which was a success. He got fame with this song.
Then in 2014 he collaborated with Hardy Sandhu, Girik Aman and Jassi Gill. He released songs Joker, Saree Wali Girl and Ik Saal in 2014.
