The Prime Minister of Pakistan wrote a letter to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, Pakistan is ready to talk on all issues including Kashmir and want to root out all the disputes between India and Pakistan. Indeed, on Thursday India had said that there will be no bilateral meeting between India and Pakistan in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Bishkek.
In the letter, Imran Khan congratulated PM Modi for his second term win and said, talks between both countries is the only way to develop the regions and overcome the poverty of both countries.
Khan said he wants the solution of Kashmir and all other issues like terrorism.
After the Pulwama terror attack the tension between the two countries increased and after 26 February of an airstrike on Balakote terror camps both the countries were on verge of war.
After the Loksabha victory of Prime Minister Modi, Imran Khan Congratulated Modi, at the same time Modi appealed to Make a terror-free and peaceful environment. However, India refused to talk and said Terrorism and talk cant be done simultaneously.

The Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi also wrote a letter to Indian new Foreign Minister S Jaysankar
and said, Pakistan is ready to talk about all the important issues and wants to create a peaceful environment.
