In 2007, Ime signed a one-year contract with the San Antonio Spurs and played for 73 games along with other teammates. In his second season with the Spurs, Ime played in 67 games where his average was 4.3 points and 2.8 rebounds. On the 24th of November 2010, Ime rejoined the spurs and played 20 games. He has also played for the New Jersey nets in December 2011, and UCAM Murcia in January 2012.
