Hardik Pandya is a very popular Indian cricket player, he was born on 11 October 1993 in Surat, Gujarat, India. His full name is Hardik Himanshu Pandya, his father Himanshu Pandya is a businessman, and mother Nalini Pandya is a housewife. His coach or mentor Ajay Pawar guided him soo well in his professional life, and his elder brother too helped him so much as he himself belongs from a cricket background.

Hardik was called West Indian by his friends and colleagues as he has got West Indian characteristics and behavior. According to his father, Hardik was a leg spinner and started bowling fast at the insistence of the then Baroda coach Sanath Kumar.

 Indian Premier League (IPL)

 Hardik Pandya was born on 11 October 1993 in Surat, Gujarat, his father was a businessman. He had dreamt since his childhood to be a very famous cricketer one day since 2013 he started playing for Baroda cricket team and won the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in the 2013-14 session.

He made his first debut for the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2015 and scored 21 runs off 8 balls. He made Sachin Tendulkar as his ideal and seeing his talent Sachin Tendulkar called him and told him he has been chosen to play in the Indian cricket team for the upcoming 18 months.

After his performance in several matches, within a year he was named to play in Indian squad during the 2016 Asia Cup and 2016 ICC World Twenty20. He worked soo hard to be selected in the IPL session and luckily being selected and he was named in the Cricinfo IPL XI for his excellent performance.
