Hardik  Pandya was born on 11 October 1993 in Surat, Gujarat, India. He is a very famous player of the Indian cricket team, he is known for his runs especially scoring in several (IPL) matches. His elder brother Krunal Pandya is also an international cricketer, Pandya is an all-rounder in almost all the matches.

His full name is Hardik Himanshu Pandya, his father Himanshu Pandya is a businessman, and mother Nalini Pandya is a housewife. His coach or mentor Ajay Pawar guided him soo well in his professional life, and his elder brother too helped him so much as he himself belongs from a cricket background.

Hardik was called West Indian by his friends and colleagues as he has got West Indian characteristics and behavior. According to his father, Hardik was a leg spinner and started bowling fast at the insistence of the then Baroda coach Sanath Kumar.
