Harbhajan Singh Wiki Biography: Harbhajan Singh is popular Indian cricketers who represent Punjab in domestic cricket and India in an international match. He was born on July 2, 1980, in Punjab, India. Harbhajan has represented India in all the three formats of game including ODIs, T20 and T20I and he has also made his debut in IPL as well.

However, he represents Mumbai Indians in IPL and also captained it. He is mainly known for his spin bowling skills and has set a record of highest wicket-takers in the test match. Harbhajan made his very first ODI debut in 1988 and since then he began his professional cricket career.

Career

Harbhajan Singh was born and raised in Punjab, India. Before starting his career in cricket he was not os much interested in it however, his father encouraged him to play cricket and admitted him into the coaching center. In the beginning, he was trained as a batsman later on when he changed his coach he was trained bowling and batting too.

However, looking at his potential in bowling he was encouraged to a bowl and eventually, later on, name himself as a popular bowler. In 1998 he made his very first debut in the ODIs for his performance in first-class cricket. Looking at his performance he was named in the test match against Australia. Slowly looking at his performance he expanded his career in the Indian national team.

IPL Career

Harbhajan was a regular member of Mumbai Indians and has also captained the team as well. He took 24 wickets in the 2013 season making him one of the highest wicket-takers from Mumbai Indians. However, later on, 2018 season, he was released by Mumbai Indians and he was bought by Chennai super kings. Later Chennai super kings leave the game and he again joined in Mumbai Indians.
