Durga Aur Charu, the second season of Barrister Babu, premiered on Colors TV on December 12, 2022, and is available online on Voot. Aurra Bhatnagar Badoni and Vaishnavi Prajapati are the stars of the show, produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions. Following the leap, Rachi Sharma and Adrija Roy were chosen as the lead. The story centers around how two sisters, Durga and Devi, are separated after their parents die.

Adrija Roy as Barrister Charu Roy Choudhary: Younger daughter of Bondita and Anirudh, adopted daughter of Bankey and Bholi, twin sister of Durga, and adopted sister of Chumki, as of 2023.

The Plot of the Story

The Barrister Babu serial’s plot emphasized revealing the bad social morals that dominated Indian culture in the 20th century and how the characters Anirudh and Bondita opposed patriarchy to build the foundation of modern liberal ideas.

Bondita and Anirudh’s meeting with their newborn twins and their desire for them to become barristers like them and to fight against corrupt society highlighted the happy conclusion of Season 1 of the serial.

Durga and Charu, the daughters of Anirudh and Bondita, will be the main characters in Barrister Babu’s second season. Aurra Bhatnagar Badoni and Vaishnavi Prajapati will play the role. With new unexpected developments occurring in their lives, the two sisters will compose their own tales from their own childhoods.
