It is being said by online reports that, after several months of divorced the court overturned its decision and gave full custody of the child to Diana’s husband Greg and also ordered Diana to pay him $120000 for their Carlsbad home. Further, the court told Diana to pay $100 for the child’s monthly expenses.

Diana was not able to give this much amount to her ex-husband then she made a plan along with her shooting instructor and boyfriend Weldon McDavid Jr to kill Greg. One day when Greg and his friend Jason Kovac were walking on the dirt road to Avenida Soledade. Greg was shot by Weldon in the torso, but fortunately, he survived since the bullet had missed his heart.

Police arrested Diana and Weldon in a conspiracy case for an attempt of murder and planning. Later on, the court found them guilty and sentenced rigorous imprisonment.
