Born on July 15, 1990, Damian grew up in Oakland, California, USA, alongside his siblings. He graduated from Oakland High School and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University. Lillard found his passion for basketball at a young age and began playing organized basketball while studying in high school.
Lillard started playing organized basketball while studying at Oakland High School and competed at major tournaments during his junior and senior years.
