Early life
Chris Morris was born on 30 April 1987 in Pretoria, Transvaal Province, South Africa. His Willie Morris, who was also a well-trained cricketer and has a deep desire to see his son becoming a greater cricketer than him. At the age of seven he started playing cricket, his coach supported him in every step that he has taken in his life.
He started playing cricket in the Under-19 world cup, Chris Morris made his One Day International debut against Pakistan on June 10, 2013, at Edgbaston. He played his first Test match on 2 January 2016 VS English in Cape Town, ODI on 10 June 2013 VS Pakistan in Birmingham and T20 on 21 December 2012 VS New Zealand in Durban.
Indian Premier League (IPL)
Morris has shown his talent in several matches and in 2012, he made his first-class debut in Twenty20 for South Africa against New Zealand. Morris made his debut in One Day International for South Africa on 10 June 2013.
After playing in many International matches, he was named to play in IPL in 2016 against Gujarat Lions. In this match, he scored almost the highest runs and set a remarkable test for all. He was bought back by Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2020 to play for Indian Premier League (IPL).

Morris has achieved a lot of name and fame at a very tender age. In a match of (IPL) 2016, he scored around 83 runs out of 33 balls in which he created a history for all to beat that. He is a right-arm fast-medium bowler and an all-rounder in which he is used to it.
