Celyn was born and raised on the Island of Anglesey, North Wales. He did his schooling at a private high school in his hometown. Then he admitted himself to a university and received a bachelor’s degree. Celyn was passionate about acting ever since a young age, so he joined the Manchester Youth Theatre and won a scholarship to the prestigious Oxford School of Drama where he received strong classical training. Later he commenced his career in the same field. Today, he is recognized as a popular actor and screenwriter.
